As a newly admitted Solicitor, Samantha provides assistance in property law, commercial law, and trusts and estate planning matters.
Samantha was born and raised in Rotorua before moving to Auckland in 2021 to study her Bachelor of Laws. She joined the Stainton Chellew team in early 2024 during her final year of university as a Law Clerk. She was admitted to the bar in September 2025 and moved into a full-time position as a Solicitor. As Samantha transitions from her studies to a career in the legal profession, she is utilising the practical skills she has gained through her experience at Stainton Chellew to contribute effectively to achieving positive outcomes for clients. Samantha takes a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to her work with a commitment to delivering effective results.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with her friends and family.
