Bruce Stainton 

Bachelor of Law, Otago University

Bruce specialises as a litigator and has had extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation and military law. He was appointed President of the Armed Forces Law Association of New Zealand in 2002.

Bruce attained the rank of Major in the New Zealand army and was awarded an Efficiency Decoration by the Governor General for his services to the military in New Zealand. Bruce leads our highly successful litigation and dispute resolution team. Bruce is experienced both as defence lawyer and as a prosecutor.

Bachelor of Law, Auckland University. Post Graduate Dip.
Intellectual Property Law, Auckland University.

Henry specialises in the areas of Commercial Law, Property Transactions, and Trusts and heads that team within the firm. His Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law adds further expertise to his specialist areas of practice. Henry has a broad depth of valuable commercial knowledge and connections that add to his advice and solutions.
